Working in the security industry for just shy of 40 years has instilled a wealth of experience to offer which would benefit organisations financially and assist in the improvement of operational efficiency. Having worked my way from Installation Engineer to Service Engineer then in to Branch Sales, National Accounts, Integrated Systems, Regional Account Management i have developed the ability to operate at all levels of the client structure from high end domestic clients to small business owner to CEO level and have been highly successful delivering over target figures year on year building strong relationships with clients for the organisations utilising my knowledge and experience.


The positions i have fulfilled since my exit from engineering and entry in to the sales/account management arena in 1999 have required me to become a “lone worker” in every sense of the word, the organisations i have been employed by have not been local to my home therefore i have had very little admin and operational support which has made me evolve in to a very independent resourceful individual working alone hunting then nurturing enquiries, carrying out detailed site surveys, synchronising third party services and contractors in to the quoting process, collating manufacturer information and pricing, cost estimation, producing technical specification documents, coordinating client presentations through to processing instructions and arranging installation pre starts and finally project implementation liaising with operational teams basically delivering the project cradle to grave and continuing to develop the client relationship for future business. All of the above elements of the sales/implementation process are available and can be tailored to suit individual client requirements.
