A. Yes quoted costs are including the travel expenses, however a cost per mile can be indicated separately to assist client accounting if required.
Q.What is the process in organising your attendance to one of our client sites?
A.Installers/integrators all have their preferred process, however our suggested method is a very straightforward four point process as detailed below:
1) Make contact with Cobra via email or phone.
2) Discuss your requirements and agree what you require with regard to information and what format to present the visits findings such as a simple phone call (backed up with an email detailing the findings) or a detailed email response with drawing/drawings, photographs it really is up to the installer to advise what they require, we are here to support you and will endeavor to provide you with a bespoke service to suit your requirements.
3) Provide a purchase order relating to the works to be undertaken.
4) Provide the client site address and site contact information to enable Cobra to make the necessary arrangements for the visit with your client.
Q.From point of contact with Cobra what would be the turn around timescale on receipt of the results from a site visit?
A.The information collated from a site survey would normally be returned to the installer/integrator within a maximum of 48No hours – we would expect to better this to within 24No hours but the maximum would be 24No hours.

Q.Would it be possible to attend client sites and present as our organisation?
A.Yes this is no an issue, we have adopted this method for several clients and have been issued with their organisations ID card.
Q.If Cobra were to be instructed to attend a client site we would expect our survey forms to be completed would you be willing to comply with this requirement.
A.Yes of course we currently hold installer/integrator documentation for this purpose.
Q.We have clients outside of the catchment area you have detailed being the North West, would you be willing to cover clients outside of your catchment area?
A.This would depend on the workload at the time but we would do our best to support your organisation should this requirement arise.
Q.With regard to drone surveys can you explain how this works and what we would be provided with please?
A.The drone surveys are a new offering and have proven to be extremely useful on a number of occasions both for the installer/integrator as well as the client who have been very impressed with the fact that the time and effort has been taken to carry out the survey with a drone.
We would provide you with video footage and/or still images of the client site from a height selected by yourself and images/footage from proposed high level camera positions. We can attend with your in house personnel to assist in their surveys if required as well.
We have found that requests for drone surveys are very specific and as such we would by directed by yourselves as to the content and detail required for your project.
The footage/images would be accessible via a dropbox for a period of time to enable you to access them.
